PURPOSE(S) AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Where we are required by law to obtain your consent before processing Personal Information we will rely upon consent as our basis for processing. For example, obtaining your consent for cookies intended for targeted advertising or collecting precise geolocation associated with a feature in our mobile app. As part of gathering your consent, we will inform you of the purposes in advance, provide information on how to withdraw your consent along with the impacts of withdrawing your consent. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your Personal Information will be kept for as long as you are our customer and as necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes. This includes purchasing products directly from us or through our partners which may include franchisees, wholesale operators or other fulfillment providers, engaging with our platforms and reviewing our content. Following the conclusion of our relationship, we may still retain certain information to the extent required or permitted by law. This includes storing Personal Information necessary for compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and commercial laws) or for defending ourselves in legal disputes.
Information collected through cookies is retained for periods as set forth in our Cookie Preferences (see “MANAGING TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES” below). Right to Lodge a Complaint with Your Local Supervisory Authority: We urge you to contact us to find a solution for any concern you may have about our data practices; however, you have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority data protection authority (i.e., the authority of your place of habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement) if you have concerns about how we are processing your Personal Information. CHILDREN
Our websites and apps are not intended to address anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children. MANAGING COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
