Good fit (slim but not "hugging"), sturdy metal zipper, heavy(ish) weight cotton with just enough stretch, but did not stretch too much after 10 hours of wear. Heavier weight is smoothing (not lumps or pantylines). I'm 5'7" 135 lbs. Size 8 is perfect. I'm long legged, so I don't roll the hem as much as pictured. Just the right amount of ankle exposed with flats or stops at the top of my boots. Rides at natural waist, not high waist. I didn't expect this quality for the price! I tried the skinny fit version too, but it had plastic zipper and I'm rough on chinos. The skinny size 10 fit the same as slim fit size 8, but skinny was higher waisted.
