Returns and Refund Policy

Return Period

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.


 

Free Returns

Returns are free of charge when you use the return label provided through our Returns Portal.

No restocking fees or additional charges apply.


 

How to Get Your Return Label

Once you register your return in the Returns Portal, you will receive a return label by email.

Please print the label and attach it securely to your parcel. 

If you cannot find the email, you can contact us through our Contact Form and we will provide you with a new label.


 

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

You may try on garments as you would in a store, but please keep the tags attached until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

We may be unable to accept returns if items show signs of wear, damage, strong odours, or missing components.


 

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items can also be returned, provided they meet the return conditions outlined above.

If any item is excluded from return for hygiene or safety reasons, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.


 

How to Process a Return

  1. Register your return
    Visit the Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email address or phone number used for your purchase.

  2. Select your items
    Choose the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Prepare your parcel
    Place the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. If the original packaging is unavailable, use suitable protective packaging.

  4. Attach the label
    Print and attach the return label provided by email. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

  5. Drop off your parcel
    Take the parcel to the authorised drop-off point indicated in your return confirmation email. No payment is required.

  6. Receive your refund
    Once your return has been received and verified (typically within 1–3 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If your payment was made in a different currency, your bank may apply the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Any exchange rate differences are outside of our control.


 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, colour or style, you may return your item in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and verified.
